Thank you for registering your youth for our Catechism / Religious Education program! We hope to serve your young people by helping them develop a better appreciation of our faith and a closer relationship ur Lord, Jesus. Please fill a form for each youth in your family.

Classes are held Sundays 10 am to 11 am at Sr. Catherine Steele Center. Parents are welcome to stay for fellowship and coffee!

Attendance and Faith Education at Home As parents, you are the primary educators of your child(ren). We are here to help, and are happy to provide you with resources to assist your family to grow closer to God. But we can't do this without you! Regular class attendance and assignment completion help us form your young people in the faith. Most importantly, though, daily prayer and Scripture reading, weekly Mass attendance, and monthly confession are vital for your youth to keep their faith as they grow up. If you have any questions or if there is any way in which we can help, please let us know!

I acknowledge that as the primary educator of my youth, it is my responsibility to take the lead in his/her faith education at home. As such, I commit to working with my youth to establish a regular family prayer routine (if not already in place), attending Mass on Sundays, bringing my youth to class regularly, and encouraging him/her to get involved in the parish through volunteering and attending events, so he/she can continue to grow in the faith.

Rules and Liability Agreement

My child/youth agrees to abide by the rules & regulations stated by Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, all volunteers, chaperones and staff, including the stipulation that bullying is NOT permitted. I understand that if my child/youth fails to comply with these rules & regulations, it may result in dismissal from the program.

I also agree to release Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, all volunteers, chaperones and staff of any liability in the case of any accident that may occur as a result of my child/youth’s participation in its programs and events.
